How long will shipping take? 

Orders take 2 days to be processed, made and shipped out. Once shipped, it should take up to 5-7 Business Days depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided by email for accurate delivery time however if needed you can contact us by email about your delivery date any time!

How much is shipping? 

Shipping costs and taxes are dependant on your location, these will be calculated for you at checkout.

How to maintain/clean our rugs?

Vacuum regularly to remove dust and debris, ideally using a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to avoid damaging the fibres. For spills, blot immediately with a clean cloth—avoid rubbing. Spot clean using a mild detergent diluted in water, and gently scrub with a soft-bristled brush. For deeper cleaning, professional dry cleaning is recommended. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemicals, as they can damage the fabric.
